Project Overview

Buc-ee’s Sevierville is the first major project in the 407 Gateway to Adventure development, located at Exit 407 in Sevier County, TN.  The massive travel center features a 74,000 square foot store, 120 fuel pumps, a 250-foot-long car wash, and 24 Tesla Supercharger stations.  

Blalock Ready Mix provided nearly 22,000 cubic yards of concrete for the project utilizing a dedicated plant located adjacent to the site.  The facility utilized concrete for main building, including tilt-up exterior walls, and the entire parking lot.  Additionally, colored and stamped concrete was used to accent the exterior walkways.  Redi-Rock retaining walls were also implemented into a unique weir system for the stormwater detention pond.
